Detailed introduction
Solvent based ink for PVC decorative film, suitable for use in gravure printing machines, with a wide printing speed range of 25-120 meters/minute. The ink has high color strength, good tint power, high light resistance and heat resistance, and is very suitable for special processes of heat lamination.

Printing Conditions:
Printing viscosity: 10-25 seconds Zahn cup 3#,at 25℃
Diluting ratio: Ink: PVC Varnish=1:0.8-1.5
Printing Speed: 25-120M/min
Cylinder:175 lines/inch
Drying speed: ethyl ester for fast drying and butyl ester for slow drying
Heat lamination temperature: below 180℃ (depending on the thickness of the PVC film)
Precautions：
1. The environmental requirements of ink depend on local regulations
2. The printing speed of ink is easily affected by the addition of solvents afterwards
3. Avoid adding too many ketones to cause stretching and deformation of the printing film
4. The temperature and speed of heat lamination should be adjusted according to the thickness of the film
